Goal:
A. Walk each morning between 6am and 7am on a working day, and for an hour each morning that I am not working.
B. Get under 250 lbs.

I've lost twenty pounds already from where I was in April and I want to keep that going. I am going to weigh in once a week, apparently it's going to be on Fridays, that way I don't obsess over one pound or none. I simply want to be able to find clothes that fit and that aren't expensive. I'm tired of having to go to a specialty store b/c I don't fit into the things that I'd like to wear.
